Marble Cake

Ingredients:
2 cups of wheat flour (sifted).
3 eggs, separate the yolks.
1 and a half cups of sugar.
Half a cup of margarine.
1 cup of milk.
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder (I used 37% cocoa).
1 pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon of baking powder.
In a mixer, beat the yolks, margarine, and sugar until a smooth cream forms. Add the milk, beat a little more, and gradually add the wheat flour.
In another bowl, place the egg whites and a pinch of salt; beat until stiff peaks form.
Pour them into the batter and mix carefully. Add the baking powder as well.

In a greased baking pan of your choice, pour half of the batter. To the other half, add the cocoa powder, mix well, and pour it into the pan along with the other half.

Bake at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes.

Depends on the oven.
