INGREDIENTS:
500g of fresh fish fillets.
200g of peeled shrimp.
300g of cleaned mussels.
2 - bell peppers, cut into strips.
3 ripe chopped tomatoes.
4 cloves of chopped garlic.
1 large chopped onion.
1. A pinch of saffron.
150ml of white wine.
4 tablespoons of olive oil.
A bunch of chopped fresh parsley.
Salt and pepper to taste.
PREPARATION METHOD:
Wash and chop the vegetables. Peel and mince the garlic and onion. Clean the mussels and set aside. Cook the onion and garlic in olive oil until they turn golden brown.Add the bell peppers and tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add the wine and saffron and cook for 5 minutes. Place the fish, shrimp, and mussels in the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook covered for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
Serve with white rice or crusty bread!
