CHICKEN HEARTS ON SKEWER.

INGREDIENTS:

1 kg of cleaned chicken hearts.
5 cloves of chopped garlic.
Juice of 1 lemon.
4 tablespoons of olive oil.
1. A spoonful of paprika.
1 tablespoon of Calabrian chili pepper.
Salt to taste.
CHOPPED FRESH HERBS.

PREPARATION METHOD:

Mix all the seasonings in a large bowl. Add the hearts and mix well.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Skewer them on sticks or place them directly in a very hot skillet.
Brown, stirring, until tender.
Finish with chopped parsley.
Now just serve.
