Roast beef with creamy sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
01- PIECE OF MEAT, SIRLOIN OR RUMP STEA
SALT AND BLACK PEPPER
2 tablespoons of butter
SAUCE
1 carton of heavy cream
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION METHOD
Season the meat and sear it in a very hot skillet with butter.
Bake in the oven at 200°C until desired doneness.
Mix all the sauce ingredients together and bake in a low oven.
Serve the sliced meat with the sauce on top.
